South Carolina Policy Updates

Successful advocacy depends on timely information and a clear understanding of issues. The Ruoff Group’s South Carolina Policy Updates publishes weekly when the South Carolina General Assembly is in session and as needed the rest of the year. These Updates cover almost every piece of legislation introduced except resolutions honoring groups and individuals or memorializing Congress to do something that Congress isn’t going to do and most fishing and hunting bills.

Weekly, we will tell you:

  • What’s been introduced … translated into plain English.
  • What hearings are scheduled.
  • What action the General Assembly took on bills.

Our “This Week at the State House” will provide policy analysis by John Ruoff on the most important issues that the General Assembly is addressing.

Updates are sent to your email box.  Here’s a sample: Ruoff Group Policy Updates May 6, 2017.
